Being a first time buyer I was very clueless to the process; Jill was so patient with me. She took the time to explain the process, requirements, timelines, everything. She understood what I wanted and gave good recommendations. I really appreciated how she never made me feel like I was bothering her with questions and she always made time to go see the houses ... and there were alot of them! Thank you Jill for being you and taking really good care of me!

When I first reached out to Jill, she made sure to schedule an in-person meeting with me before discussing anything. She said she wanted to make sure we would be good fit for each other to work together. This was so refreshing to hear. As a first-time home buyer, I had met with other agents that didn't seem to take the time to get to know me or what I was looking for. Jill did and realized the importance of that and what a big decision buying your first home is. She always got back to me promptly answering any questions I had, offered advice when I needed it and worked around my schedule. As a night shift worker who isn't awake until about 3pm-4pm this was so important and her keeping my schedule in mind helped alleviate my stress around the whole experience. Jill knows the area well and I felt she was honest with about the homes she showed me all the way up to the home I finally found to call my own. Jill was great, and if you're looking for a home in Luzerne County, I would suggest working with her. Her professionalism and knowledge in the process make her stand out, no doubt.

Jill helped me sell my father’s house during a difficult time. Working with Jill, I got more than I anticipated for the house. The sale was extra quick as well taking place in less than 30 days. Anytime I had questions, Jill was quick to respond via text or email. She kept me well informed through the process as it was my first time selling a home. However, this isn’t my first time working with Jill. She helped me purchase my home years ago. If I ever end up moving, Jill is going to be the first and only call I make. I highly recommend her during your quest to either purchase or sell.

The sale of this home was extremely important to me and my family as the proceeds were being used for the purchase of our new home.

Jill’s effort in making sure the sale happened in a timely manner was OUTSTANDING!! The level of dedication and commitment to achieving the deadline is something that we will never forget and will be forever GRATEFUL! I appreciate this even more as I am sitting here in my new home writing this review.
